Event Details

Chef Clark Staub of Full of Life Artisanal Bakery and Restaurant of Los Alamos will be preparing a multi-course elegant dinner. We will start off with an heirloom tomato tasting and a tomato-inspired cocktail followed by a china and white linen five-course meal. Each course will be paired with Tablas Creek wines and we will be accompanied by the gentle, live music of Choro De Ouro. This event is very limited and you’re encouraged to make reservations online as soon as possible. Our elegant evening dinner is $120 per person but will be reduced to $96 per person if you join or are a member of our Farm Club, which you can do online and it is free. Please don’t forget a sweater or jacket as our evenings can be cool.

Come find out why Windrose Farm’s sustainable grown produce is a favorite among Los Angeles restaurants such as Gjelina, Rustic Canyon, Melisse, and Lucques as well as local restaurants Artisan and Villa Creek and fine dining restaurants such as Per Se in New York! Discover the reason Chef Clark Staub’s restaurant in Los Alamos has
been called “visionary” by Edible Santa Barbara magazine. It’s all about fresh, local, farm-to-table food at its very best!

Windrose Farm

Windrose Farm is a small sustainable family farm located east of Paso Robles, near Creston, in San Luis Obispo County. Tucked in a unique valley of 50 acres, 12 are in vegetable rotations, 6 are in apples and stone fruit and 5 are sheep pasture. For over 20 years Bill and Barbara Spencer have been carefully stewarding their land, and they are excited to share in its bounty.
